Queen Mary's Gardens can be found within the Inner Circle of Regent's Park and covers a large portion of the area within. It is free to visit and there are plenty of benches to have a seat if you wish to simply enjoy being around the roses. To see the majority of the rose garden will take 30-60 minutes depending on how long you linger around.
